Renowned around the globe, the style of the House of Rémy Martin is rich with a legacy that spans three centuries. Inscribed in the ledgers of time, it has made its mark through a constant quest for perfection and excellence.
Established by Rémy Martin himself, the secret to this success lies in the hands of the house Cellar Masters, entrusted with taking nature’s gifts and transforming them into the signature style. Each Cellar Master learns from their predecessor, who preserves the mystery until the next generation.
A perennial gift of transmission that keeps the legacy alive for the future.
In 2014, Cellar Master Pierrette Trichet is succeeded by Baptiste Loiseau.
At 34, he joins the quartet that has forged the House of Rémy Martin’s reputation for the last century.
The fifth in a trusted line, Baptiste Loiseau was officially inducted on April 10, 2014 at a ceremony in Cognac, in the heart of the terroir.
A new chapter that encapsulates the spirit and tradition of the House of Rémy Martin.
In 2003, Rémy Martin signed the United Nations Global Compact Charter and committed to "align its operations and strategies with ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption."
In 2007, the Rémy Martin Estates were granted the "Integrated Agriculture" certification, and we are now encouraging all of our partners in the Alliance Fine Champagne, to apply eco-friendly winemaking practices
The Rémy Martin Reforestation Initiative
The forest plays a key role in the aging process of our Fine Champagne cognacs. Our barrels are made of oak, carefully selected from one of France's oldest and most renowned forests, la Forêt du Limousin.
In tribute to this gift from nature and to help ensure a greener future for us all, Rémy Martin is contributing to a reforestation project with the Heart of our Earth program in partnership with the french organisation ONF (National Forest Office)
