The Tastingnotes The Epicurean Douglas Laing are as follow:
Nose: rich barley, citrus, flowers and herbs.
Taste: sweet topping tongue with powdered sugar, lime, mixed oriental herbs, thyme and peach.
Finish: much of this flows into the warming finish with almonds and freshly cut grass.
